How to Request Data Deletion

Step 1: Send Your Request

We will verify your identity to ensure we are deleting data for the correct person. This may involve asking for additional information.

Step 3: Deletion Confirmation

Once we verify your request, we will delete your data from our records and confirm the completion of the deletion within 7 days.

UnityMS collects and stores the following information to provide and improve our services:

Personal Information: Name and email address (for app functionality, communications, fraud prevention, and personalization)
Financial Information: Payment and transaction data (for app functionality and personalization)
Photos and Videos: User-uploaded photos and videos (optional, for app functionality)
Device Identifiers: Device or other IDs (optional, for app functionality, analytics, and developer communications)

What Happens After Deletion

After we process your data deletion request:

Your personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases
You will no longer be able to access your account
Some data may be retained for legal, compliance, or security purposes as required by law
Aggregated and anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained
